At VitaLyme, we’re dedicated to helping to educate and treat people when it comes to Lyme disease and the symptoms you may see from this illness. While our focus is on people, pet’s are just as important to consider. It might not be a well known fact that your animals can be infected with Lyme disease just  the same as you can. It’s true! The very best form of keeping Lyme out of your life is to prevent it. Don’t forget the famous adage “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”

With that said, finding ticks on your pets are just as common, if not more common, than finding them on your person.
