You may return any item purchased from VitaLyme for any reason within 30 days of purchase as long as your products are unopened and still factory sealed. The product ship date is the date of purchase. Refunds for unopened items will be issued via your original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You as the customer are also responsible for shipping charges on any returned product. VitaLyme reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
Make a Return By Mail:
Contact Us to request a RMA Number and for return information. After you receive authorization, you can send your purchase and receipt to our Returns Department. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period.
When you are due a refund, most often it is processed within 2-5 business days and issued to the payment account used for the original purchase.
If you originally paid for your order using a credit card or debit card, it may take up to 5 additional business days before the refund is reflected on your account statement. This is all dependent on the bank you use.
If the original account is closed, or if the card used has expired, we will issue your refund through the mail as a cashier’s check within 7-14 business days.
